SOUTH BRONX — An off-duty police officer was arrested for strangling one of his family members, according to the NYPD.
Peter Everette, 31, was arrested on Tuesday about 3 a.m. in the 40th Precinct and charged with strangulation, police said.
The victim was a family member, according to the NYPD.
No further information was available.
