CHELSEA — A burglar broke into actress Susan Sarandon’s Chelsea apartment Saturday night, police said.
The burglar managed to slip into the Academy Award-winning actress’ West 15th Street home through an open terrace sometime between 8 p.m. and 3:30 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
The burglar got away with a laptop, a camera, and jewelry, the spokesman said. The value of the stolen goods is not known.
Sarandon was not home at the time of the break-in, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
