BROOKLYN — A girl in her early teens was seriously hurt in a gang-related shooting in Ocean Hill Tuesday night, police said.

The girl, whose name and age were not released, was at 1523 Saint Marks Ave., near Saratoga Avenue, about 11:45 p.m., when a bullet hit her forearm, the NYPD and FDNY said.

The girl was taken to Kings County Hospital with serious injuries but in stable condition, the FDNY said.

The teen is believed to have associates in a gang, an NYPD spokesman said.

A rival gang may have been responsible for the shooting, the spokesman said.

No arrests had been made Wednesday morning, police said.
