MANHATTAN — A man died after he was shot in the leg and back outside an East Harlem housing complex Monday night, police said.
Luis Figueroa, 22, was outside 325 East 112th St., at the Thomas Jefferson Houses, when the bullets hit him just before 10 p.m., the NYPD said.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital and pronounced dead, police said.
Police said they were still investigating and no arrests had been made.
