CHINATOWN — An out-of-control luxury car struck and injured two pedestrians after mounting the curb on Allen Street Tuesday afternoon, a Fire Department spokesman said.

The white Lexus was heading northbound on Allen Street just past Grand Street when it veered off the road in front of Winda Restaurant Supply at 84 Allen St. The car hit an elderly woman and another person about 3:40 p.m. before slamming into the building, according to the FDNY and a witness.

"She was laying there," Winda employee John Chan, 28, said. "She wasn't moving. She got wedged in between the window and the car."

Chan said a young boy was crying over the woman's injuries.

"It was pretty bad," he said.

Both victims were taken to Bellevue — the elderly woman in serious condition, the other victim with minor injuries, fire officials said.

The NYPD had no information on the crash, but the driver was allowed to drive away.
