WEST BRIGHTON — A Midland Beach man was arrested on Tuesday for the Sunday killing of a man who tried to calm a fight outside a bar owned by "Mob Wives" star Big Ang, police said.

Stephen Fasano, 23, turned himself in with his lawyer and was charged with second-degree manslaughter, recklessly causing the death of a person and assault in the third-degree for the slaying of Abdou Cisse, 46, in front of the Drunken Monkey, 1207 Forest Ave., the NYPD said.

Cisse, a native of Senegal, tried to break up a fight between two people outside the bar around 3:40 a.m. but was knocked to the ground and cracked his skull, police said. Cisse was pronounced dead on the scene.

"He was not just a customer, but a gentle giant that I loved," tweeted Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, who owns the bar and stars on the VH1 reality-show "Mob Wives."

Raiola, the niece of the late head of the Genovese crime family, opened the West Brighton spot in 2007.

"I personally share my heartfelt condolences to his loved ones, and we too are feeling this loss in our drunken monkey family," Raiola added.

The other person involved in the fight was still at large, police said.
