CORONA — Queens, it's time to ride.

The seventh-annual Tour de Queens is now signing up riders for the July 6 adventure, which will start and finish in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.

Riders will travel 20 miles through the borough, with a police escort along the way.

Past rides have gone through many of Queens' neighborhoods, including Forest Hills, Bayside and Corona.

Check-in starts at 9 a.m. and the ride begins at 9:30 a.m., returning to the park at around 12:30 p.m.

Snacks and water will be available at rest stops, but riders are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, along with a helmet and a MetroCard just in case they can't ride the entire way.

Volunteers can also sign up to help with registration, staffing rest stops along the route and clean-up — all for a free Tour De Queens T-shirt.

Registration is now open, and the ride costs $15 for Transportation Alternatives members and $20 or non-members.

To sign up, visit the Tour De Queens website.
