Stolen Debit Card Used at Staten Island CVS and Target, Police Say

CHARLESTON — A man and woman used a stolen TD Bank debit card to make purchases at a Staten Island CVS and Target earlier this month, police said.

The suspects used the card at the CVS at 250 Page Ave. on May 17, police said. The pair then went into the Target at 2900 Veterans Road West where the man made another purchase with the card, police said.

The man is described by police as bald and was last seen wearing a blue V-neck t-shirt.  The woman had dark hair and was wearing a black t-shirt.
