TRIBECA — A firefighter was injured when a fire broke out on the second floor of a five-story building where several luxury apartments are under construction, according to the FDNY and published reports.

The fire started about 4 a.m. inside 391 Broadway, between White and Walker streets, which the owners plan to transform into lofts as big as 3,000 square feet each with private elevator access, the FDNY and Real Deal said.

Of the 60 firefighters who helped bring the fire under control about 5:26 a.m., one was taken to Lower Manhattan Hospital and treated for minor injuries, the FDNY said.

The owners of the building, the Keystone Group, could not immediately be reached for comment.

It was not clear how the fire would impact the condos' construction.
