FINANCIAL DISTRICT — Elk, ostrich and wild boar burgers are coming to Fulton Street.

Organic burger chain Bareburger, which also uses grass-fed beef along with more exotic types of meat, is slated to open at 111 Fulton St., according to a wine and beer application filed with Community Board 1.

The burger joint, known for its organic and all-natural ingredients, first opened in Astoria in 2009, and now has 17 other locations across the New York metro area.

The new space sits on the ground-floor of a 163-unit condo building, between Nassau and William streets.

Bareburger representatives are scheduled to appear before CB1 on April 7 for beer and wine license approval.

The company did not provide a projected opening date and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
