WILLIAMSBURG — An Apple laptop and $200 were stolen from a customer at a Williamsburg bar Feb. 25, police said.

The victim, an 18-year-old woman, went to the Brooklyn Ale House at 103 Berry St. and left her burgundy backpack on the floor around midnight, police said.

When she left the bar around 4 a.m., she realized that her backpack was missing along with a 15-inch MacBook Pro, cash, books and a sketchbook, police said.

While the cost of the device was not immediately known, a new laptop of similar specifications can cost between $1,999 and $2,599, according to the Apple website.

Management at the bar was not available to comment.
