WEST VILLAGE — The NYPD is looking for two men who made off with more than $9,000 worth of loot from a Hudson Street apartment, police said.

Police believe the pair broke into an apartment at 512 Hudson St. between 9:20 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 25, grabbing tablets, a laptop, a MacBook, a computer charger and sunglasses, the NYPD said.

There were no signs of forced entry, according to the NYPD, but it was unclear whether the apartment was actually left unlocked.

The 6th Precinct is also investigating a series of daytime burglaries in the Village in which the victims left their doors unlocked. Police said they were looking into whether the suspects in the recent Hudson Street burglary could be connected to the other burglaries in the area as well.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). All calls are confidential.
