MANHATTAN — Police are looking for three attackers who beat a man for his cellphone in broad daylight last month, the NYPD said.

The suspects punched the 28-year-old victim in the head and then kicked him in the lower back while he was lying on the ground at Ludlow and Canal streets about 2:10 p.m. on Jan. 16, police said.

The attackers, described as 18- to 20-year-old men, snatched the victim’s Samsung Galaxy phone and fled west on Canal Street, the NYPD said.

The victim was not seriously injured and refused medical attention, police said.
