CHELSEA — A man who was kicked out of a Chelsea club was arrested shortly afterward when he was caught urinating on the sidewalk outside, police said.

Officers found Nieto Joaquin, 22, urinating outside of Marquee nightclub at 289 10th Ave. at about 1:45 a.m. on Saturday, police said. Joaquin had been partying inside the club, but he was told to leave by its staff, the NYPD said.

When officers approached Joaquin, he ran back into the club, then flailed his arms and kicked his legs as the officers arrested him, according to the NYPD.

Authorities charged Joaquin with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing, because he had been told to leave the club. His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment and staff at Marquee declined to comment.
