BROOKLYN — Some 15 teens and two EMS workers were injured when a bus and an ambulance collided in Borough Park late Sunday, officials said.

The bus was traveling west on 51st Street when it collided with the ambulance heading south on Fort Hamilton Parkway about 9 p.m., according to the FDNY and NYPD.

The medics and the teens were taken to Lutheran and Maimonides hospitals where they were treated for minor injuries and released, police said.

A police spokesman said the total number of passengers aboard the bus was between 16 and 18.

No summonses were immediately issued, the spokesman added.
