The victim, Yaquin English, 17, was gunned down in front of his home at the Gravesend Houses on Dec. 24.

Jerome Leslie, 17, of Coney Island, was taken into custody and then charged by the NYPD with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death, police said.
