QUEENS — A burglar broke into two Woodside churches and stole electronics, gift cards, checks and cash, police said.

In the first incident, the suspect forced open the back entrance to the 7th Day Adventist Community Church, at 41-26 58th St., about 12:30 a.m. Jan. 16 and snatched two desktop computers, a laptop and two-dozen Visa gift cards, the NYPD said.

Just over a week later, early on Jan. 24, he broke into Sure Foundation Lutheran Church at 64-20 Roosevelt Ave. and grabbed an iPad, iPod, cash and checks, police said.

No one was injured in either burglary, police said.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30s with a medium build. During the first burglary, he was wearing a red baseball hat, a red waist-length jacket, blue jeans and sneakers, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
