BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Capture that glowing skin.

Skincare brand Kiehl’s is opening its first Brooklyn boutique this week with a permanent photo booth and a “SkinProfile Diagnostic Device,” a smartphone-like camera with a dedicated optic lens that can assess the condition of customers’ skin with a 3D-look, store reps said.

Kiehl’s, which started in 1851 as an old-world East Village apothecary, will bring its line of skin, hair and body care products to Brooklyn Heights at at 124 Montague St. with a grand opening Jan. 31, the store announced.

The store's opening will include a skate clinic from local business Homage Brooklyn Skate Shop & Skate Academy, which will give away complimentary passes for weekend group lessons. Kiehl’s will also donate $5,000 to Friends of Douglass/Greene Park, a neighborhood association that serves Thomas Greene Park in Gowanus, according to a statement.

“We’re delighted that they are going to donate $5,000,” said Sue Wolfe, president of the group’s board. Wolfe added that some of the money would benefit the Gowanus Grind, an annual event in April.

Kiehl’s will also offer a “shave bar” and counter for men, and will encourage customers to return empty product bottles, jars and tubes in exchange for complimentary products.

“As a New York born-and-bred company, we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our first store in Brooklyn,” said Chris Salgardo, president of Kiehl’s USA, in a statement.

“We did everything possible to bring a modern version of our original store across the bridge, and I look forward to introducing our new community to our skin care, our customer service, and our story.”
