Man Stabbed to Death in City's First Homicide of 2014

QUEENS — A man was stabbed to death in Jamaica about an hour after midnight in the city's first homicide of 2014, police said.

Police responding to a 911 call found Julio Mora, 22, inside 150-25 113th Ave. at 1:14 a.m. with stab wounds to the chest, according to the NYPD.

Emergency medical workers pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
