SUNNYSIDE — Two people were found dead inside a Queens apartment on Tuesday after police were called to the building to investigate reports of a foul odor, according to the NYPD.
Police say they found Diana Rodriguez, 47, and Kevin Flannelly, 59, dead inside the living room of an apartment on 46th Street in Sunnyside just before noon on Tuesday.
There were no apparent signs of trauma to the bodies, police said.
Sources said that Rodriguez and Flannelly apparently died of an overdose, but the Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause of death.
