SOHO — Twenty-four lacy women's shirts — worth a total of $2,200 — were recently swiped from Anthropologie in SoHo, police said.

The shoplifter grabbed 12 white and 12 pink Elysian Lace tops from the 375 West Broadway store about 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 2, police said.

Anthropologie describes the sheer tops as "ladylike" on its website, with a three-quarter-length sleeve and embroidery that drapes over a camisole.

Police were still investigating the crime as of Tuesday.

A manager at the SoHo Anthropologie store declined to comment.
