TIMES SQUARE — This could be one for the record books.

A Guinness World Records "arena" scheduled to be set up in Times Square Wednesday will offer participants four chances to make history by competing in unusual challenges.

Up for grabs are the world records for most seated free-throws in a minute — the current record is 20 — and the fastest 20-meter "butt scoot," which is made by moving the body forward while seated without the use of hands. The current record for that is 22.03 seconds, according to event promoters.

Competitors will also vie for shortest time to make a single bed in a two-person team, trying to beat the record of 14 seconds, and shortest time to build a 20-shot-glass pyramid, with that record standing at 6.44 seconds.

The arena and its four booths, which will be set up for a promotion for TruTV's new series "Guinness World Records Unleashed," will be open from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, on Broadway between 46th and 47th streets.

The series' stars Dan Cortese, Zach Selwyn and Stuart Claxton will be on hand, as well as some of the talent from other TruTV series, including "Impractical Jokers," "Hardcore Pawn" and "Killer Karaoke."
