MANHATTAN — A multi-vehicle accident temporarily closed one of the outbound lanes in the Lincoln Tunnel, snarling traffic Friday evening.
The lane was reopened by 5:13 p.m., but there still residual delays, the Office of Emergency Management tweeted.
"Been sitting in traffic in NYC for 2 hours, trying to get in the Lincoln Tunnel," tweeted @danwakefield.
Two people suffered injuries from the six-vehicle accident, WABC reported.
