MANHATTAN — Four people were seriously hurt Monday morning in a car crash on the FDR, an FDNY spokesman said.

The crash happened near East 23rd Street about 5:11 a.m., the spokesman said.

The four people were rushed to Bellevue Hospital where they were listed in serious but stable condition, fire officials said.
