MANHATTAN — A Hell's Kitchen man sexually assaulted a 2-year-girl in his care in a Riverside Park bathroom Tuesday, prosecutors say.

The girl's mother left her with Jason Carroll, 30, who took her into a bathroom stall at Classic Playground near West 75th Street about 5 p.m. and attacked her, an NYPD spokesman said.

A passerby walked in on Carroll during the attack, sources said.

The criminal complaint charges him with predatory sexual assault against a child under 13.

The suspect, who lives on West 56th Street and isn't related to the girl, was arrested shortly afterward, the spokesman added.

He was arrainged Wednesday night and held without bail. The judge issued two restraining orders barring him from coming in contact or communicating with two unnamed people.

His next court date is Sept 30.
