MANHATTAN — A silver-haired burglar scaled fire escapes to access five Upper East Side apartments where he stole iPads, watches, and jewelry over a two-week period, cops said.

The suspect first hit a home near Second Avenue and East 80th Street about 7 a.m. Aug. 31, the NYPD said.

He went on to rob four more apartments in the area, capping his spree on Sept. 16 about 7:20 a.m., when he burglarized a home at Third Avenue and East 74th Street, police said.

He tried to steal from a sixth apartment, near First Avenue and East 63rd Street, but was unable to access the home, an NYPD spokesman said.

Surveillance photos released by cops show the suspect with arm tattoos in a dark blue T-shirt, jeans, and carrying a backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
