COBBLE HILL — A man was struck by a G train at the Bergen Street subway station Tuesday afternoon, halting service on the F and G lines, officials said.

The victim, identified as a man in his 50s, was hit about 1:45 p.m., MTA and FDNY officials said.

He was rushed to Lutheran Medical Center in stable condition, the FDNY said.

Service resumed at the station about 30 minutes ater the incident, an MTA spokeswoman said.

Trains continued running with residual delays. 

The circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately clear, authorities said.
