BROOKLYN — A fast-moving fire erupted in a Borough Park apartment building Wednesday morning, the FDNY said.
The fire started inside 4315 18th Ave. about 11:34 a.m. and quickly escalated to a second alarm as flames surged out of its windows, a fire spokesman said.
Firefighters were still trying to extinguish the fire about 30 minutes later, the spokesman added.
No injuries were immediately reported.
