BROOKLYN — A man was stabbed to death by his girlfriend inside of his Midwood apartment Thursday evening, police said.
John Gillespie, 58, was stabbed in the stomach inside his home on Ocean Avenue near Avenue N about 6:15 p.m. Friday, police said.
He was taken to the New York Community Hospital a few blocks away and declared dead, police said.
His 38-year-old girlfriend, whose name was not released, was taken into custody at the scene, police said. Cops did not immediately have details on the charges she faces.
