CHELSEA — Rescuers fished a man out of the Hudson River on Monday, the FDNY said.

Emergency responders pulled the man out of the water near 12th Avenue and West 29th Street after receiving a 911 call just before 12:15 p.m., an FDNY spokeswoman said.

Paramedics were tending to the man, who was awake and conscious, the FDNY said.

It was not immediately clear how long he had been in the water.
