BROOKLYN — The kittens who held up Brooklyn B and Q service Thursday are looking for a home.
Arthur and August, who are about 8 weeks old, were taken to Animal Care & Control's Brooklyn center Thursday night and are in good shape, the agency's spokesman, Richard Gentles said in a statement.
The felines will be given the opportunity to socialize with other cats at the center at 2336 Linden Blvd.
"They’ll be available for adoption in a couple of weeks, after some much-needed TLC," wrote Gentles in an email. "In the meantime, we urge interested adopters to visit our Care Centers, as we have many kittens and older cats who need loving homes."
The cats wandered onto the tracks at the Church Avenue B and Q station late Thursday morning. Train service was shut down for about two hours.
