RED HOOK — Gluttons, gourmands and foodies — take a trip back in time.

A culinary event called Le Grand Fooding New York is heading to Red Hook this year, with the theme “Time Mach’Inn,” which will aim to take diners back to the '90s, '00s and early teens for a food lover’s experience.

Res, an artist’s residency for chefs at 372 Columbia St., will host the event organized by the French culinary organization Le Fooding. It will feature three courses of foods from 1991 to 2013.

For the first course, diners will go back to “The Fusion Cuisine Years,” from 1991 to 1999. New Zealand-born chef Peter Gordon will serve an appetizer of plantain, tamarind, coconut soup with goat cheese and a smoked salmon wanton, according to the event’s website.

“The Bistronomy Years,” from 1998 to 2007, will feature a roasted breast of veal, potatoes and cockles by Parisian chef Yves Camdeborde.

Finally, Brooklyn’s Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, the duo behind Res, Prime Meats and Frankies Spuntino, will finish the meal with a “tomato and honey” dessert.

Each course will also be paired with a cocktail or beverage, and diners can expect live entertainment and “special goodies” during the evening, GrubStreet reports.

Le Grand Fooding New York will be held on Sept. 27 and 28 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $100.
