FINANCIAL DISTRICT — The fresh juice and smoothie shop Elixir Juice Bar is now blending fruits and veggies in the Financial District.
The chain, which has more than 10 locations across the city, including two in Battery Park City — inside Brookfield Place and the new fitness center Asphalt Green — opened last week at 71 Nassau St. at John Street.
The store — known for fresh-pressed fruit and vegetable juices, plus smoothies available with supplements like bee pollen and echinacea — is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will soon extend its closing time to 9 p.m.
Elixir Juice Bar also offers prepared salads and sandwiches, as well as a program of juice cleanses.
