NEW YORK CITY — A Queens man was arrested for trying to rape a 13-year-old girl in the elevator of the South Jamaica building where she lives, cops said.

Jemmal Bryan, 29, of Laurelton, was busted about 9 p.m. on Saturday for allegedly attacking the girl, a stranger, in the lift at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 18 in the South Jamaica Housing Development.
