NEW YORK CITY — Luck ran out for a schoolteacher Sunday morning when cops busted him during a dice game in a Williamsburg park, a police spokesman said.
John Maldonado, 28, was charged with promoting gambling and loitering after he was arrested about 9:30 a.m. outside of Independence Towers, according to the NYPD and the New York Post.
The Department of Education could not immediately be reached for comment.
