NEW YORK CITY — A man died Sunday night when an MTA bus slammed into him in Rosedale, cops said.
Kenneth Yard, 65, was crossing Rockaway Boulevard when the northbound bus struck him near First Street about 11:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.
Yard was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The bus driver remained on the scene and was not immediately arrested, cops said.
