ASTORIA — She might be Brooklyn's "It" girl, but when it comes to culinary options, Lena Dunham heads to Queens.

In an Itunes TV live chat on Twitter Tuesday, the "Girls" creator — who lives in Brooklyn Heights — was asked which New York borough she thinks has the best food.

"Queens!" the HBO star tweeted in response. "Jackson Heights, Astoria... Lots of authenticity and not a lot of long ass lines."

Though her on-screen character Hannah lives in Greenpoint, Dunham's show is no stranger to Queens. In addition to filming at locations throughout Brooklyn, the series shoots scenes at Long Island City's Silvercup Studios, according to the company's website.
