NEW YORK CITY — Service changes will hit 14 subway lines this weekend.

Repair and cleanup work includes asbestos abatement on the A/C line south of Chambers Street and continued post-Sandy repairs to the G line between Brooklyn and Queens.

Here's the breakdown per line:

1 Train: There will be no service between 34th Street-Penn Station and South Ferry from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Free shuttle buses will run between Chambers Street and South Ferry. No. 2 and 3 trains will also run local between Chambers and 34th streets.

2 Train: There will be no service between 241st Street and Nereid Avenue from 3:45 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday. Free shuttle buses and the Bx39 will provide alternate service.

A Train: Downtown trains will run local from 59th Street-Columbus Circle to West 4th Street and then will be rerouted on the F line to Jay Street-Metro Tech from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

C Train: Downtown trains will be rerouted via the F line from West 4th Street to Jay Street-Metro Tech from 6:30 a.m. to midnight Saturday.

D Train: Coney Island-bound trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 36th Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Saturday, 11:45 p.m. Saturday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.

E Train: Trains will run express from 34th Street-Penn Station to Canal Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

F Train: Coney Island-bound trains will be rerouted over the M line between 36th Street in Queens and 47th-50th Streets from 11:15 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

G Train: There will be no service between Court Square and Nassau Avenue from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Free shuttle buses will run on Manhattan Avenue between Nassau Avenue and Court Square and on McGuinness Boulevard between the Lorimer Street L station and Court Square.

J Train: There will no train service between Broadway Junction and Myrtle Avenue from 3:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday. J trains will operate in two sections:

-Between Jamaica Center and Broadway Junction

-Between Chambers Street and Myrtle Avenue, and then rerouted via the M line to Metropolitan Avenue.

Free shuttle buses will operate between Broadway Junction and Myrtle Avenue, making station stops at Chauncey Street, Halsey Street, Gates Avenue and Kosciusko Street.

L Train: The L will operate in two sections — between Eighth Avenue and Broadway Junction and from Broadway Junction to Rockaway Parkway every 24 minutes — from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

M Train: Service will be suspended from 3:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday. Riders can take the J train instead, which is making all M stops between Myrtle and Metropolitan avenues.

N Train: Service will be rerouted over the R line between Canal Street and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center because of maintenance work on the Manhattan Bridge from 12:01 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Coney Island-bound trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 36th Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Saturday, 11:45 p.m. Saturday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Q Train: Service will be rerouted over the R line between Canal Street and Dekalb Avenue because of maintenance work on the Manhattan Bridge from 12:01 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday.

Manhattan-bound trains will also run express from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park from 10:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

R Train: Trains will be rerouted over the D line between Dekalb Avenue and Broadway-Lafayette Street and over the M line between Broadway-Lafayette Street and Queens Plaza from 5:15 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday.

Bay Ridge-bound trains will also run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 36th Street from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
