NEW YORK CITY — A 17-year-old wanted in connection to a crime was on the lam Tuesday morning after he evaded capture at his Brownsville home, cops said.

Justin Bumpers was near his home, at 446 Chester St., but ran away when cops arrived to arrest him about 9 a.m. Monday, according to the NYPD.

A police spokesman said Bumpers was wanted in connection to a previous crime, but further details weren't available.
