WILLIAMSBURG —The next level of luxury is about to hit the neighborhood — in a nearly block-long complex right across from McCarren Park.
A luxury eight-story apartment complex at 101 Bedford Ave. is set to welcome its first renters in August, a spokeswoman for the developer said.
The four-building complex features an Olympic-sized indoor pool and a "canine cleaning station" for residents to have their dogs groomed in the "pet friendly environment," the developer's announcement said. A sound-proof recording studio, 2,500 square-foot fitness center and a "park-like" courtyard to "complement" McCarren are also included in the space.
The development, designed by the prolific architect Karl Fischer, hits the market with studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, the spokeswoman said. Studios will run from $2,400 monthly.
