UPPER EAST SIDE — A motorcyclist struck in a late June hit-and-run is still fighting for his life as cops continue hunting the driver.

The rider of the Triumph motorcycle, 34, was traveling south on FDR Drive at East 90th St. on June 22 when a black Acura hit him and sped off, police said.

The victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he remains in critical condition, according to cops.
