DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A man was shot in the shoulder Monday evening, cops said, just steps from the Brooklyn District Attorney's office.
The shooting at Willoughby and Adams streets occurred just before 6 p.m., according to police.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to survive, NYPD said.
