UPPER WEST SIDE — Rubble fell from a landmarked building on Amsterdam Avenue Tuesday morning, officials said.
The debris fell from 451 Amsterdam Ave., between 81st and 82nd Streets, about 8:40 a.m., officials said. No one was injured.
The property has been cited for 18 violations by the Department of Buildings, according to the DOB website. Seven of them are open.
