CLINTON HILL — Cops want to speak with several people in connection with a shooting in Clinton Hill that killed an innocent bystander.
The alleged gunman fired over 30 rounds from an automatic weapon after a fight broke out near New Sapolo Restaurant at Ryerson Street and Myrtle Avenue on the night of May 31, police said.
The victim, 23-year-old Antonio Wilson, was hit in the armpit and killed.
Cops released surveillance photos of a man they want to question, who was seen wearing a red shirt, dark pants and dark shoes.
Detectives also want to speak to several people who fled the scene with the man in a late model, dark colored sedan.
The incident occurred during a bloody weekend where gun violence claimed the lives of seven people and wounded 26 others, prompting the NYPD to step up its efforts to curb shootings.
