MIDTOWN EAST — Police are looking for a dapper bandit who swiped two necklaces from the counter at Tiffany & Co.'s famed Fifth Avenue shop.

Police said the man was well-dressed in a dark suit-and-tie when he entered the shop at 727 Fifth Ave. around 3 p.m. Friday. He began chatting up a store employee before grabbing two necklaces from the counter and fleeing the store, cops said.
