PARK SLOPE — A speedy thief rolled off with four tires and rims stolen from a car parked on Sixth Avenue and Park Place, police said.

The victim told cops he parked the 2012 blue Infiniti sedan, which belongs to friends who were away in London, on May 30 and noticed the tires and rims were gone when he returned.

A similar crime was reported on May 7, when a thief stole tires and rims from a 2010 Infiniti on Lincoln Place between Seventh and Eighth avenues. On March 11, tires and rims were removed from a Honda Accord on St. Mark's Avenue between Flatbush and Carlton, according to police reports.

Other notable crimes in this week's blotter at the 78th Precinct included the following, with details from police reports:

• A North Carolina resident had a $3,000 Nikon D800 camera, two Nikon lenses and several memory cards stolen from his 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe parked at Union Street and Third Avenue. The 41-year-old victim parked the car on May 29 and returned to find the passenger side window smashed.

• A burglar snatched $25,000 in jewelry, $2,600 in cash and a laptop from an apartment on Pacific Street between Flatbush and Fourth avenues. The 58-year-old victim told cops the thief entered through a rear window about 1 p.m. on May 30.

• An electrician's van was stolen from in front of the offices of Strand Electric Co. on 11th Street between Second and Third avenues on May 29. The 2001 Ford Econoline van, valued at $3,500, was carrying $1,600 in equipment.
