TOTTENVILLE — Police are searching for thieves they said took a woman's purse from her car and used her credit cards in a Staten Island store.

The suspects targeted a 2013 Hyundai parked in Tottenville on April 21, cops said.

The victim's debit card was used at the Fiesta Mart, at 896 Huguenot Ave., the next day, police said. Last Friday, the suspect tried to use the card again at the same spot, but it was declined.

Police have released surveillance photos of two people, one from April 22 and the other from May 24.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
