QUEENS — Cops are looking for a man who they say robbed a bank in broad daylight.
The suspect walked into the Amalgamated Bank at 69-73 Grand Ave. in Maspeth last Saturday a little bit after noon, cops said.
He demanded cash, then put the money into a black plastic bag and fled on foot on 69th Lane, according to the police.
Cops described the suspect as a 40- to-50-year-old man, 5-foot-6, 250 pounds. He was wearing sunglasses, a black jacket, black pants, a baseball hat and latex gloves.
