COBBLE HILL — Developers of the Townhouses of Cobble Hill, a set of nine homes on Congress Street, will begin marketing three of the houses next month, according to reports.

The townhouses, a joint venture between JMH Developers and Madison Estates, span two properties from 110 to 126 Congress St., and will be marketed at an undisclosed date next month, The Real Deal reported.

Construction has not yet begun on the project, which includes four renovated historic townhouses and five to be built, but developers hope to start work in the coming weeks and complete it in 14 months, a representative at JMH Development told The Real Deal.

Four of the houses will have three stories at 3,400 square feet with five bedrooms and the other townhouses will be four stories at 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms. The townhouses will likely be sold at between $2.5 million and $3 million each, The Real Deal reported.
