ASTORIA — A man was found dead outside a building in Queens early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Cops said the body of 34-year-old Alberto Aguilar-Garcia was discovered just before 5 a.m. outside 11-48 Welling Court in Astoria, between 12th Street and Vernon Boulevard, just around the corner from his home on the same street.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, cops said.
